Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Is there a limited on an estate settlement in the state of florida? According to the lawyer they are waiting on the courts. It has been 1 1/2 years already. There is no public record showing any action.

Huh? Probate takes as long as it takes. Sometimes it can be over in a year sometimes it can take 10 years. No public record? The case needs to be filed to be found on the clerk's record. Not enough facts to really answer your inquiry
