Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Liquidation of Trusts

Can I liquidate a separate trust with ''in will restrictions'' ,while one part is nearly empty and other parts are or maybe with stipulations and/or restrictions? example: part b and part b-2 of trust FOB beneficiary -medical provisions. Part A almost liquidated. Part A -primary trust.

If the trust has a termination provision there is no problem. If there is no such provision a court order will be necessary. Good luck.
