Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
I was listed in my brothers will to receive my mother's ashes and urn. The
executor sent me the ashes but not the urn my mother was in. How do I get the urn?

Contact the personal representative and find out when the urn will be provided. Write a letter asking for it specifically and send it certified return receipt. if you don't get a response, than you would need to approach the probate court with a motion.
