Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
I live in AFlorida, my grandmother passed away in 2003 I'm the secondary benefeciary my mother is the executor and will not show me any documents pertaining to the trust. How do i obtain a copy of hte trust without my mothers help?

First did your grandmother pass away as a Florida Resident? If not, then jurisdiction is in another state.
If yes, then it depends upon if you are a named beneficiary, or are planning to remove your mother as executor/trustee so you take her place. If so, then you can petition a court if it is not voluntarily provided to you.
