Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I live in a condo. I own my unit. Another condo owner in my building is on the board and he rented his unit to a tenant. This tenant owns a motorcycle and parks it in a common area and puts it on a chain tied to my balcony I repeatedly requested it to be removed but all my calls went in vain. What is it you advise? Police, fire department, and management do nothing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

A certified complaint letter to the Board from your attorney may help. Next would be a lawsuit.
