Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

We live in Florida and I own a home that is homesteaded in my name. Following the death of my grandmother, her house was left equally to my mother, her husband and me. Can they homestead that house with my name attached to it since it is their primary residence? Thank you.

Homestead for tax purposes would be shared by all of you. Your share would not get a credit. Their shares would get a pro rate share. There are two other homesteads in Florida. No forced Sale which would not apply to you. No devise to third parties. Seek some legal advice to make sure you are all protected.
