Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Please help!!

I live in florida.

I have a few questions about a situation that I have, any help would be appreciated.

My aunt (mom) recently passed away on 05-05-03 and my other aunt is executor of estates. My questions are as follows. How do I go about getting a copy of the will? And my father after my aunt died went into the house and did take $8000.00 in cash that he said my aunt that died said he could have does he have this right? And last question my father is also driving her car 1 day after she died is this legal? Please help!!! Thank you for your time in advance

1. Get a copy of the will at the courthouse where it has been filed for probate.

2. The cash is part of the estate. If there is a will being probated, there are formalities to follow. The personal representative, your aunt should have "marshalled" all assets including any cash to be distributed later according to the will provisions. The court should be informed.

3. Again, the PR is responsible for taking possession of the car. It may now belong to someone other than your father...
