i live in ga my father lives in fla. he has demential and prostate cancer he want sign p.o.a but he is beng taken advantage of he just purchase a car for some random person he hasnt paid taxes on his property since 2009 ..but someone is payiny it i assume to take his property what to i do to stop this

You are going to have to file papers to declare him incapacitated and have a guardian appointed. The guardian will be empowered to deal with the situation.
