Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

i use to live in minnesota but have moved to florida. i have annunites coming to me but if i want to sell one i have to go before a judge in minnesota because thats the law there and thats where the case is. how can i move the case down here?

file a motion to domesticate the case here. If there are no fraudulent reasons, should not be a problem.
