Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I live in Orange County Florida. The deed to the property I reside at is in my mothers revocable living trust. I need to be added to the deed in order to make home improvements without her having to be present to get building permits. If she does a quitclaim deed to me how does that affect the trust? Is it still the same quickdeed and am I just being added on the deed but the property is still in the trust?

If it is owned by the trust it cannot be in your name.
