Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

We Live in Orlando, Florida, married couple, I am 66yrs old, my wife is 63 years old..

1. We need to make a Living Will and a Living Trust

I Don't know if the forms/form kit, should be Living Will and Living Trust with adult children or not. My wife and I want to avoid Probate, but don't know which Kit to get, and I hope I'm assuming correctly in that we need BOTH Living Trust and Living Will for both of us.

Thank you very much for your time.

The quick answer is you need a trust prepared by and reviewed a florida attorney. The factual information can be e-mailed and the documents are prepared by the la w firm and e-mailed or mailed to you with instructions about how the documents should be signed. My law firm has been doing this on a regular basis.Remember if you make a mistake the asset or assets that go through probate can costs you $2-$5,000 on a small estate. If you would like me to assist you in preparing your estate plan e-mail me your phone number to discuss this further.
