Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Hello i live in new york and my sister lives in florida she petitoned the state the obtain our deceased mother condo and put my name on the document. Now the condo is sending me a bill a long with her for overdue maintenance. How can i sign the property over to her and get my name off.

You had the opportunity to advise the court you waived your rights to any assets. Unless your sister agrees you cannot get your name removed. You can try to sell your interest.
