Living Trust Assets

My father's estate does not have enough money to pay out his desired financial legacies. Is the Living Trust responsable for meeting these obligations by selling off assets?

Re: Living Trust Assets

Generally, there are provisions in the Trust Agreement which spells out the Trust obligations to the Grantor's estate. Without seeing both documents, I really can not answer the question.

If you have further details and wish to discuss this with me, feel free to e-mail me your telephone number and a good time to call you.
