Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Living Trust forms
Do your forms allow for the assets of the trust to be stated as investments? I want to do a trust stipulating how my investment accounts will be distributed to my children and grandchildren.

Re: Living Trust forms
Sure. In a trust you may indicate how you wish specific investments or other assets to be distributed upon your death. Most people just use percentages, but naming specific beneficiaries for part or all of specifuc assets is perfectly legitimate.
