Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
For a living trust, are houses listed in the property section if not fully paid for? For example, my Mom wants me to have her house when she passes, but she still owes on it.

Yes. And to actually get the house into the trust, you need to deed it into the trust.. It doesn't automatically go in the trust just because it's listed in the schedule.
