Living will dispute

My father passed away dec 29, 2003 and my siblings and i have had a hard time getting a copy of his living will from his attorney. The question is dont we have a rite to a copy of his living will and if so are there any legal cases concerning this same senerio so that i can research them. I would greatly appreciate any information on this subject because it seems like since our step mother doesnt care for me or my siblings she is making it hard for us to get any information concerning this. Are you asking about his living will or his will? The will, if filed with the probate court is a public document. For a charge, the probate clerk will copy it and send you a copy.
