Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
If you have as living will from the State of Florida and you pass away in the state of Pennsylvania will the living will from Florida still apply?

You need to ask a Pennsylvania lawyer, cause its their law that applies and not Florida. However, Florida can accept one from another state, so I imagine that Pennsylvania may do the same. No guarantee though.
