Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

living wills

I have l living will at the local hospital. It says I don't want life support that will just keep me legally alive. If something happens to me and my husband or mom says no don't go by the living will we want you to do whatever you can. Will my living will overpower them?

Yes, however it up to your personal representative to carry out your directions. Speak with them.

Yes! That is the whole point of having a living will. It supersedes your relatives' desires.
