First, you have to ask someone in Alabama for their answer.

Second, as far as Florida goes, the question makes no sense. The execution (or signing of) a Will is as long as the Testator/Testatrix wants to take to get it done to their satisfaction. Normally when everyone signs the Will it takes about 10 to 20 minutes.

I think you might have meant how long do you have to administer a probate estate. If correct, the answer normally is as long as it properly takes. But a court may require extensions to be filed if it takes longer than a set period of time.
