Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Long time companion past on two month,s ago. We were not married. And she left under 15,000 dollars of credit card bill,s The house is in both of our name,s. The house is paid off, There is no money set aside for estate account, and there is no will.The deed only stats both our names no other words on it. What are the chance,s the creditor,s will go after her son or put a lien on the house? from jacksonville fl. thank you....

Hi. The creditors can't go after her son and they can't put a lien on the house. All they can do is force a probate to be opened and try to collect through the probate estate.
