lost ligal information like a will.
a family member dead at tampa ganeral and the people there lost his posations and will. what can i do to find them these things and maybe posibly soe the hospital?

I don't see much hope in bringing a suit against the hospital for losing his papers, doing so for medical malpractice might be a different matter. You can probate a lost will, as long as the contents of the will were known, and especially if you have a copy of the will. I would focus on this rather, and getting the administration completed before anything else.

He really should not have brought an original will to the hospital. Look through his things to see about finding a copy. The lawyer who created the will may also have retained a copy. There is not really a claim against the hospital that can be pursued, in my judgment.
