Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
I want to make a sucession certificate as my son is
passed away on 7/28/2010 in a plane crash and he
has left behind, wife, 6 children and aged parents.
Pl. let me know the complete procedure from start
to finish and if there is any attorny or court fees.

I have never heard of a succession certificate after 30 years of practicing probate law. I would suggest you meet with a probate attorney to figure out what is required.
