I want to make my will in spanish... I live in florida .... can I make my will in spanish ?

Yes you can as to the body of the Will, but if it is to be probated, it will have to be translated, and that will add significant cost to not only the preparation but the probate procedure. Also, the execution would have to be in english to follow the state statute strictly in the wording they require to avoid complications.
