What do i do if the man i live with dies without any will?

What should i do if the man i live for 40 years dies and leaves no will? We lived together in Pennsylvania where commom law is accepted before coming to florida.

Under Florida law you would have no rights. If you were together in PA for long enough and under circumstances that give you rights, then you do have rights. You would need to consult with someone in PA to determine whether you were "married" under the laws of that state.
