Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I have been married for almost 3 years in Floirda. My husband owned his house before we were married and my name is not on the house. If something happens to him, who gets the house, me or his daughter? She is 12 years old right now.

You would have a life estate in the house (that means that you "own" it for as long as you live.
