Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Hi. My name is Masami. I am married to an American, I have my own US citizenship, and I have two adult children that were born in the US. My question is how can I inherent my inheritance from my Japanese parents who reside in Tokyo and both are dying of old age while I am in the US.
