Unfortunately, the question makes little sense. You are not posing it correctly so I don't know what you are asking.
You do have rights, but as a minor they are normally reserved, on your behalf, to your natural guardian (father) or someone appointed by the court such as a Guardian.
You do have rights and if your mother left no Will and you are the only child, then all will go to you. However, as a minor, you will need to have a guardian appointed for you. If your father is still living but your mother had primary residential custody, I suggest you get in touch with an attorney. Most attorneys will direct you as a minor in the right direction.
