Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

name misspelled

we were told we should have a marriage certificate available in case of a death. we got one from the city where we were married and my wife's first name is spelled

Marylin. She uses Marilyn and had it changed to that about 5 years ago. will we have any problems with any situation in which we have to use this certificate? Or, is it advisable to send the city a copy of the name change? thank you.
