Retain counsel to investigate. Was there a will? Did the estate go to probate? Have you seen a trust agreement?
Agree with Mr. Slater. As a beneficiary and interested person, you are entitled to
information and full accounting of estate payment of expenses, debts, and
distribution to beneficiaries. As a minimum, the trust agreement should have
been filed and made available to you.
Run to an attorney. don't wait too long - assets have a way of disappearing.
