mom dies in FL; sister changes locks and removes items; the will is AR
My mom died and two days later my sister changed the locks and removed items from my mom's house. my sister was executor and had power of attorney of my mom's estate and trust. My mom died in Florida and she only had a 1999 Arkansas will. According to Florida law, does my sister still have legal basis to execute duties as executor, administrator of estate and power of attorney? What should I do?

A valid ARizona will is valid in Florida. Hire your own Fla. attorney if you think protection of your interests is necessary.
