Re: Does Mom have a leg to stand on?

I am sorry for your loss. From what you told me and what I know about the law (and the effect of divorce on a previously written will, plus the validity of the divorce decree), Mom will not be able to get any money she isn't entitled to. You may have me call her if you like, just call me with her phone number (617)527-0050; maybe we'll conference call to her if you prefer so you can hear the call.
