Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

need help on what to do
my mom was murdered by here husband .we seen a wrongfull death lawyer and he also handled the probate.he tlked me and my brother into signing papers to have my sister head of state.telling us we all 3 had the same so.she was only there to sign papers at at a min.notice.well we found that to be wrong after signing the papers and it was too late.the lawyer has died and my sister has gotten a new lawyer and the lawyer is not to let me and my brother know anything thats going on.my brother has lived on my mom and dads land all his live and its right next too my sister.my mom wanted to have the land put in my brothers name before she was murdred but her divorce told her to wait to the divorce was over.now that my mom was murdered before that could havent my sister is trying to have my brother kicked on so she can sell it.my sister has changed alot now that she has the power and is trying to take everything.i got hurt about 2 years ago and cant work right now and my brother has a tube in him so he cant work either.my sister knows we cant get a lawyer to fight her on everything and is having fun doing it.what should we do what kind of help can we get before she gets everything and puts my brother in the streets.
