my mom passed away in april 2010 I received an email today with paperwork for probate court from sister's attorney requesting that I sign and mail back to the attorney she has. my question is that the information on these forms are not accurate and some areas are left blank should I sign these forms?

No. You should meet with her and the attorney and discuss the process. If you agree to have your sister as the personal representative then the papers should be presented in a completed format. Otherwise, you may be signing away your opportunity to challenge the personal representative. What does the will state? Who was nominated as the personal representative? What was given away in the Will? How much are you entitled to? If I can assist you, please contact my office.
