my mom had a trust and will leaving all to me. a condo two annuities and a bank acct in both our names. what do i need to do

If everything is jointly owned, then possibly you may only need some death certificates. However, it is too difficult to determine everything you actually need to do without examining all the documents.

I recommend you consult with an attorney to determine the correct course of action. Many, like myself, have no consultation fee.
