Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
my mom's deed reads mrs. jones LE me and my sister. My sister has POA, but iv'e never seen what it says. My sister is trying to desperately get me off of the deed. My sister sent me a quit claim deed, but I didn't sign it. She's saying I stoled funds, (lie) so therefore I should sign over mom's condo in lieu of the money. Is there anything my greedy sister can do to get my share of mom's condo now? My mom goes in and out of dementia and sister is taking advantage of this.

call elder abuse hot line, report what you have stated and see if you can get guardianship of your mom.
While your sister could try to use her POA to get you off the deed, it may be problematic for her. It is possible the deed doesn't allow for it in the first place.
One problem will be that upon your mother's death, you and your sister will have to find a way to get along to deal with the property.
Not sure what else she may try, but if your mother is incapacitated, you may want to declare her such and have a court appointed guardian established. It will cost, but then the guardian would be subject to a judge's review.
