My mother died last week, her car was titled in her name alone. What has to be done to change the title into her spouse's name? In Florida

There is a form at the DMV you can fill out along with the death cert if that is the only asset to transfer to
The spouse. Just go to the tax collectors office.

Just take the death certificate to the DMV and/or Tax collectors Office and they will issue it in your name.
