Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
mother died 12 years ago. estate was closed. Recently found unclaimed money in the amount of 2600.00 from old insurance in florida unclaimed money.I filled a claim and three of us want to settle this easy, but the second sister went to the lawyer who handle the estate. We do not want to pay lawyer fee for such a small amount. Are we responsible for his fees since we did not contact him.
