Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
My mother died 2years ago, followed by my stepfather 6 months ago. I located a standard will made out by my step father appointing my sister executor dated 15 years ago in another state. The witnesses have been contacted and validated the will. In the mean time my step fathers brother, whom he rarely spoke with and disliked, has moved into my parents house and is contesting the will, and is barring us from the house. The brother is making false accusations against my sister saying she stole things out of the house and is unstable. The court date is scheduled in 2 weeks. Does my stepdad's brother have a chance of winning and keeping our parents wished from being honored?

Ask your lawyer. If you do not have a lawyer, get one familiar with will contests.
That's very difficult to say without seeing the will and knowing more facts. There are grounds on which a person can contest a will. It would be wise to contact an attorney to help you with this. I am sorry for your loss and wish you the best.
