Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
My Mother is entitled to an Elective Share in Florida. The probate attorney and PR have not provided the estate value inventory and a year has passed. Her attorney fees continue to grow and it seems to be never ending. Isn't there a law that demands a probate attorney have an inventory in place with in a certain time frame? Is this legal?
