Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
My mother and father put everything into a living trust. Mom died 1/1/07 and Dad had a pourover will drawn up. This was in FL. Dad's house in FL and bank account are still in the trust. However, my brothers took my father to CT in 2008, where he bought a house and my [greedy] brother helped Dad buy a house, using all the funds from the trust, and saw to it that his name was put on the deed. Dad was trying to have that changed, but unfortunately, he passed away 9/30/10 very suddenly. Will my other brother and I be able to get part of the CT house?

Hi. There are ways to possibly contest the distribution of the entire house asset to brother. Since the home is in CT, I suggest you re-list this question under CT law and/or visit with a probate attorney in CT.
YOu will need to contact a CT lawyer to assist you in this matter. It certainly would be worth contesting.
