my mother made my younger sister head of the trust fund now my sister is threatening me that I don't deserve anything due to being a next of kin and being abused over the years can I fight this to receive my equal half?

You can fight it and have her removed as Trustee if she is not following the terms of the Trust. So the question is whether she is or is not following the Trust terms.
