Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
My mother passed away in Florida, she had a legal guardian,she also left my brother who lives in NJ to be her personal representative of her Will. The Guardian mailed him a check of what was left in her estate. He said the check is made out in my mother's name so he can't cash?? My question is how can he cash the check?

There has to be an Estate opened in Florida and than a restricted depository where the funds can be deposited by the personal representative. Get legal help.

Her Will must go to Probate in the County where she lived.
