Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My mother just passed away, and I am personal repredsentative of her estate. Not much, a couple hundred dollars (she has been in nursing home over 12 years) However, house was left to my sister and myself. It is life estate, in our names when I bring the death certificate to court house. However, on deed and in will, my sisters last name is spelled incorrectly. She is going to sign a quit claim, she doesnt want her half of house. She lives in Hawaii. How do we get a corrected deed, with correct spelling of her name so this can happen? Any legal advice will be so appreciated. Thank you.

preparing a deed is a simple matter. She can sign the deed with her correct name and also add a/k/a (also known as) which should resolve the issue.
