Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My mother has power of attorney over my grandfather, who is in a nursing home. Recently my uncle has come into some trouble and is trying to claim that he has power of attorney over my grandfather. We have to prove the the police that my mom's POA is real before we can help them arrest my uncle for the trouble he is in.

How can we prove that my uncle's POA is fraudulent?

Since your uncle would be claiming that your grandfather executed the document, you would have to locate the witnesses / notary who authenticated your grandfather's supposed signature on the fraudulent document.
