Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
MY mother was previously taking care of my Grandmother with sadly recently passed away, my grandmother decided that she wanted to be buried in Jamaica, and my mother wanted to honor that last wish, however she has been harassed and hounded by her other 6 siblings about the decision because my mother has been the one going to doctor visits and everything with my Grandmother before she died, and had the power of attorney; does she have the right to honor that wish in bringing my grandmother back to Jamaica to be buried?

Since all children do not agree, no. She must be appointed Personal Representative of the Estate to make that decision.
They all have equal rights if there is no surviving spouse. A court would need to properly make the decision.
