Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
My mother recently passed away and in 1992 she drew up a will and a trust that named my uncle and my sister as co-trustees. In 1992 she made another trust agreement(signed and notarized) adding my name as a 3rd co-trustee. Will I be able to serve as co-trustee. I spoke to an attorney who mentioned Florida Statue737.111, but I don't know what that means. Can you help?

There is no such statute. Wihtout reading the Trusts no one can help.
