Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
my mother is selling her house and leave me the funds as an inheritance. What is the most effective way to do this? i was thinking of setting up a corporation.

There are some potential pitfalls which must be carefully considered. However, the best way is probably through a Trust and not a corporation.
