Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
My mother signed power of attorney papers and health proxy papers while she was medicated. She wants mr to have the power to take care of her health and financials. How do we change this?

The simpliest answer is to draft new papers, which include a provision to revoke the prior ones. Also then she needs to give notice to anyone who may have received the old papers so they are aware of it.
