Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Our mother and stepfather owned a home together, she passed away 3 yrs.ago, and he has passed this week . there is not a will or the home was not put in anyone's name other than the stepfather after her passing. I would like to know if the children of the mother have any legel rights to the home , there are no living heirs on the stepfather's side.
