Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Mother's Will

My mother's will stated that her partner would recieve her house, car, and retirement monies if she passed, and that if her partner passed that the house and car would be sold and divided between me and my 3 siblings. My mother passed and her partner is now remarried and selling her house. Is there anything legal that we can do? Aren't we entitled to any of the sale? Thanks

You should be entilted to review the will since it should have been filed with the county clerk after your mothers death. Also, any probate proceedings would be part of the probate records in the same county. If you want me to look into this matter or discuss it e-mail me to advise how I can reach you by telephone tomorrow or later.

sincerely,
